I never had a dog in my life before Roxy, with Justine it has been a great experience.

 I had Roxy as a puppy for a week, and I hated her,  

I could not make it work, it was a mess, my life was confusion. 

Then I got Justine's help, and now I love my dog, she is the best dog and so well behaved. 

I can take her anywhere and she obeys.

 Miles is a changed dog when it comes to obedience. He's still an
excitable, rambunctious Boxer but when it gets down to obedience he's 
come such a long way!! It's wonderful!!

 In just 3 short weeks he has done 
things we never dreamed he could have accomplished. Thanks to you, we can go 
for a walk without getting pulled down the street, tangled in the leash, or
scaring strangers. We were amazed at how quickly we were able to see
results. He's doing nice sits, downs, and stays and walks nicely on the
leash. It's awesome! 

We love our Boxer to death, but until we brought   him to you, and you taught us how to make some significant changes in our 
home, he was everything we NEVER wanted in a dog. Disobedient, no manners, and

We really enjoyed our private lessons, and as soon as we can manage it,

Dear Justine, 

 I also want to thank you profusely for helping us with Bear. So much of what you taught us is common sense, and yet it has made all of the difference between us being a happy family of four (me, my husband and the two dogs), or a whole miserable family. 

Probably the most important thing that was reinforced for me is that Bear's behavior is not "bad" or "good," it is just behavior. Learning to isolate out that behavior and be careful in our verbal and non verbal communication was a key. 

I have returned to feeling happy to take a walk with my dogs, confident that we won't have jerking, fence fighting, pulling, or running. While Bear was always a "nice" dog, he has become really loving and much more attached--as if he has just been waiting for someone to tell him the right way to do things.
